Alice Havener, 83, passed away on April 19, 2025, in Jacksonville, FL.
Alice Havener was born on September 11, 1941 in Philadelphia, PA, to Louis D'Amico and Alice D'Amico.
Alice graduated from Glassboro High School in and in 1959. Her first job was as an administrative secretary at the local high school. Her secretarial and organizational skills opened job opportunities for her. Her career spanned many years in area such as retail and service and hotel management.
Not liking the North eastern winters, she moved to south Florida where one of her sisters lived. Over time, she met an married Grover Havener, a native of Jacksonville, Fl She relocated to Jacksonville which she called home for the remainder of her life.
Alice had an artistic flair for style, fashion and color. She always knew the latest styles and how to combine them to make anyone look great. She often helped one of her color challanged sisters to always look her best.
Never having children of her own, her children were her nieces and nephews, who loved her dearly. Grown with children of their own, they still talk about their "super cool Aunt Alice" who never forgot their birthday's and always sent cards no matter how sick she was!
Alice is survived by her sisters, Louise Falconi and Mildred Peditto; her nieces and nephews; her grand nieces and nephews and her three pet cats who now need homes.

Services will be held for the immediate family.
Alice will be buried with her parents at Oak Grove Cemetery in Hammonton, New Jersey.
