Barbara Flanders

Barbara June Hall Flanders was born February 18, 1946 and passed away July 9, 2025 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born in Jacksonville and attended Englewood Senior High School. Her work career included being a sales representative with Nabisco Foods and several flooring companies. She retired from Jacksonville Transportation Authority. She was predeceased by her father, I.J. Hall; mother, Kitty Ophelia Palmer Hall; brothers, Jay B. Hall, Neil Hall, Kay Hall and sisters, Edna Rachels, Agnes Huddleston and Erwin Robinson. Barbara’s son, Travis Stewart and grandsons, Nate Stewart and Skylar Stewart, predeceased her. She is survived by sons Bryant Stewart, Kevin Toole (Stephanie), William Flanders (Samantha); grandchildren, Shawna Stewart, K.T. Toole, Justen Toole, Preston Stewart; many nieces and nephews and great grandchildren; sisters, Patricia Grey and Cynthia Howard (Bob).

Memorial services will be Tuesday, February 17, 2026, 1:00 p.m. at Naugle Funeral Home 1203 Hendricks Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32207.
