Betty Jean Camp passed away in her sleep on the morning on 17 August 2020. She was born 10 December 1942 in Penfield, OH. She is preceded in death by her parents Virginia and Julius Wargo and her husband Billy D Camp.
Betty was a 40-year employee of the Norfolk and Southern Railroad. She retired with her husband in Chattanooga TN. She split her retirement years between Chattanooga and her home in Greenwich OH. She enjoyed life to the fullest and had no regrets. Betty was a great cook, enjoyed working in the garden and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her sisters Barbara Bowerize and Marcia Ledet, her son Mark McKenzie and his daughters Kori McKenzie, Rebecca Short and Rachel Hill. Always the life of the party she was loved by many and will be missed by all. For her family and friends, she will always be known as the inventor of the "Selfie-High Five."
There are currently no services planned we will try to schedule a celebration of life when the world is a less crazy place.
