Charlane F. Terry

Charlane Terry, age 81, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 13, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on August 3, 1944, in New Jersey, Charlane lived a life defined by love and devotion to her family. She touched the lives of everyone who knew her and will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her two Children, Wayne and Michael; four grandchildren, John, Joseph, Jamie, and Jessica.

Charlane enjoyed working in her yard, volunteering, countless household projects, and spending time with her best friend, Tate. Tate followed her home one day and was with her when she passed. She found great joy in spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren

Those who knew her will remember her for her kindness, laughter, and generosity. Her love and guidance will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the caregivers, friends, and loved ones who provided comfort and support during her final days.

A graveside funeral service will be held on June 18th, 2026, at 1:30 pm, at Hardage – Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home and Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Hospice, if desired.

Though she is no longer with us, her memory, love, and legacy will remain with us forever.
