Donna Lee Collins

Donna Lee (Jessup) Collins,73, passed away March 28, 2026, in Jacksonville, Fl. where she was born on January 23, 1953. Her parents Orin Jessup and Maudell Pye Jessup predeceased Donna as well as her brothers Harold and Charles Jessup and grandson Isaiah Crews. She is survived by her husband Randy Collins, daughter Nicole Caldwell, son Clifford Caldwell and sister Joy Arnold. Donna is also survived by her granddaughter Alaina Caldwell and three great grandchildren. Donna grew up in the Springfield area of Jacksonville where she attended local schools, finishing at FJC. After many years in the Insurance Industry, Donna proudly retired as a personal trainer from Bailey's gym. Donna will be remembered for her beauty, grace, wonderful smile and extraordinary fitness which were taken away by a courageous seven-year battle with Alzheimer's. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Woodland Grove Nursing Home and Vitas Hospice Care who took meticulous and loving care of my sweetheart.

There will be a celebration of Donna's life on Saturday April 18, 2026, at 1100 am. The service will be proceeded over by Rev. Joe Outwell and will be held at Naugle Funeral Home, 1203 Hendricks Ave. Jacksonville, Fl. 32207.
