George Elling Angell, 85, passed away August 12th, 2021 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born in Parkers Prairie, MN to Glenn and Blanche Angell. George retired from the US Navy after 30 years of dedicated service as a Chief Petty Officer and a Chief Communications Tech.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Wilbur Angell (Blanche Georgina); Siblings, Harold, Russell, Dennis, Steve, and Sharon (Rowles). He is survived by brother David Angell. Mr. Angell's wife, Gayle Felecia Angell passed away shortly after him on August 23, 2021.
Gayle Felicia Angell, 83, passed away on August 23, 2021 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born in Alma, Ga to Jeff and Evelyn Kinlaw. Gayle retired after many dedicated years from Independent Fire Insurance as an administrative assistant.
She was predeceased by her husband, George Elling Angell; parents Jeff Lee Kinlaw (Evelyn Wlaters) and brother, Jeff Lynne Kinlaw.
Gayle is survived by siblings, Gloria Elizabeth Reeves, Mary Ester Lassiter and Tory Kinlaw Fain.
They are survived by children, Chad, Rock, Brett and Brandi; grandchildren, Chelsea, Chase, Jenna, Marissa, Kevin and Blain; great grandchildren, Saxon and Shae; and many loving Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and extended family members.
Both George and Gayle were loving, dedicated parents, siblings, grandparents, uncle/aunt and friend to many. Not only to their immediate family, but to the many people they met along their many journeys- leaving a legacy of love to us all. They would challenge us all to continue their legacy by always loving unconditionally, with all that you have and all that you will be!
