Nancy Dawson

Nancy H. Dawson age 66, of Lady Lake, Florida passed away peacefully on Monday, November 28, 2022, at Haven Custead Hospice in Orange Park, Florida. She was born July 30, 1956, in Kanawha West Virginia to Robert and Joyce (Paisley) Hudson.
She is survived by her two sons Daniel (Danny) Caraway and his wife Tina of Fleming Island, Florida, Robert (Bobby) Caraway and his wife Janet of Wauchula, FL; grandchildren, Rickelle Caraway, Damon Caraway, Kayle Caraway, Andelyn Caraway; two sisters, Brenda Lowe (Randy) of Lafayette, TN; Becky Humphreys (Mike) of Springhill, FL; nieces and many more loving family, friends, and neighbors. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard A. Vaughn.
Nancy loved animals. In her younger years she worked to rescue many abandon wild animals raising them to release back into the wild. She loved her dogs so much and always treated them like family. She was a caregiver at heart. She worked at many centers for the mentally handicapped over her working years. Nancy will be missed by all who loved her.
Psalm 48:14. For this God is our God for ever and ever; he will be our guide even to the end.
