Sandra Patricia Mills

Sandra Patricia Webb, known to many as Sandy Mills, was born February 23, 1943, at St. Vincents Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. She graduated into Heaven on March 21, 2026.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Ouida Webb, and her father John L. Webb.

Sandra graduated from Fletcher High School in 1961. She was married for 10 years but had no children. Sandy retired after a lengthy career in banking.

She is survived by her sister, Linda Owens, brother-in-law Steven, one nephew, Clint Owens (wife, Bright Owens), a Grandnephew, Brannan, three Grandnieces, Avery, Ansley and Adelynn. One niece, Kindra Owens (wife Paula Hayes).

She is also survived by a brother, Terry Webb, a niece, Telli Andrade, a Grandniece, Breanna Hickman (husband Kyle Hickman), Great-Grandnephews, Koa and Talon, and a Grandnephew, Zade Andrade.

Sandra’s Eternal Graduation ceremony will be held at Synergy Ministries International, 8075 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville. Florida 32211, on April 21, 2026, at 11AM. Pastor Roger Taylor presiding.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any donations be made to Synergy Ministries International, Jacksonville.

There will be a private family-only gathering after the ceremony.

Cremation services are in the care of Naugle Funeral Home & Cremation Services, located at 1203 Hendricks Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32207.
