Thomas Kyle Wysuph, lovingly known as “Tom,” of Jacksonville, Florida, was born on July 24, 1986, and departed this world on August 25, 2025, at the age of 39.
Tom was a proud graduate of Robert E. Lee High School. He is survived by his father, Mark Wysuph; his wife, Brandi Wysuph, with whom he shared 17 wonderful years and 8 years of marriage; and his beloved fur babies, Piper, Mabel, Tucker, Daisy, Cody, and Milo. He is also survived by his brothers, Jeremy Wysuph, Adam Wysuph (Adrienne), Jason Wysuph (Andrea), and Chris Wysuph (Rachael); and by nine cherished nieces and nephews: Maddie, Tsunami, Albert, Alyssa, Tyler, MacKenzie, Tyde, Chase, and Emily.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Melody Rowland; his brother, Albert “DeWayne” Dodge; and his nephew, Typhoon Dodge.
Tom lived with a heart full of kindness and generosity. Known for his giving spirit, he was the type of man who would figuratively give the shirt off his back, and had even literally given the shoes off his feet, to help those in need. Music was one of his greatest passions, he loved strumming his guitar and, in his younger years, played in a band. A talented cook and chef, Tom took joy in preparing meals for his wife, family, and friends, who always raved about his food. He found great pleasure in fishing, happiness in caring for his animals, and pride in working on cars—especially alongside his twin brothers, when they spent countless hours tinkering with their old 1998 Nissan 240SX and sharing a mutual love for drifting.
He was grateful to have reconnected with his older brother Adam nine years ago, and it was immediately clear how much they all had in common. Tom also enjoyed classic video games and countless evenings of poker with family and friends.
Tom’s kind soul, sweet smile, and infectious laugh left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He was deeply loved and will be missed beyond measure.
