Tricia Ann Tunstall (Tish) was born in Memphis TN, on March 3rd, 1948. Her Parents were Stanley Glenn Fidler and Martha Sue Fidler. She had one brother, Douglas Lee Fidler, who resides in Dunwoody, GA. She is also survived by her husband of 37 years, Edward B.Tunstall, step children, Brant Tunstall of Santa Barbara, Ca and Angie Summers of Bakersfield Ca, and one step-grandson, P.J. Brown of Rapid City, SD, a daughter in-law, Darla Sharp of Santa Barbara, CA, and son in-law, Kris Summers of Bakersfield, CA. Tish passed away on June 17, 2022 while in Hospice Care. Tish obtained her Batchelor's degree from Wittenberg University, Springfield, OH in 1970, majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis on marketing. She also obtained a Batchelor of Arts from Ray College of Design, Schaumburg, Il, majoring in Interior Design with an emphasis on residential design. Tish worked as a budget analyst for multiple military organizations in San Diego, CA, from 1970 through 1987. In her last position there, she supervised a staff of 14 budged analysts and assistants who administered over $450,000,000 annually. Her last budget analyst position was with the Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC, in 1988-89 where she analyzed and consolidated budget estimates for reviews upon to the congressional level. Tish plied her Interior design trade in San Diego, Indianapolis In, and Fleming Island, Fl. from 1992-2014. She was a gifted interior designer, working with colors, art objects, and wall art to enhance the living experience of her customers. Tish was an active member of Alcoholics Annonimus helping to form a women's group known as he Orange Park Step Sisters. She participated in weekly meetings, social events, severed as treasurer, and was always available to talk to people who were having trouble dealing with their sobriety. Tish was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, 300 Gum Street, Green Cove Springs, FL Her celebration of life event will be held at this church at 11:00AM on 16 July 2022.
